I think they'll sooner or later gain back all their emotions
And once they do they'll relive everything they've done especially too sanji, their mom, and just the whole of germa and want to make a mends as best they can

If thoses three work together on the same thing with the same mind it is doomsday. They will create unbelievable things.

I would love to see them working together and interact. WCI lacked Judge and Caesar interactions.

For now I think Judge still sees Sanji emotions as a weakness. He last moments with Sakho can tell us that.

His sons rescued him when he faced Big mom and they managed to fight Big mom army pretty efficiently so I don't think he asks himself if they are failure or not. The only moment where they were against him is when Judge cried after Big mom treason.

So I don't think Jusge sees emotions as a strength right now.
