Current WW would murder pre TS Lucci, Pre TS Lucci was about equal to pre TS Luffy who basically a fodder level in the new world. As one pacifista is enough to giving extrem diff fight to pre TS strawhat. After timeskip base Luffy able to one shotted pacifista, there's no way base Luffy able to do that to WW who able to fight jinbe equally

Luffy pre skip wasn't a "fodder", he was an Oven level combatant based on bounty.

Pacifista wasn't extreme diff, Luffy was being attacked by Sentomaru and running around later in the arc.
His giganto rifle did 50% of the total damage, multiple G3 attacks in an extreme diff fight would therefore take the Pacifista down 1vs1 (but leave Luffy seriously fatigued and seriously damaged after, as an extreme diff fight does).

His bones are likely still broken.
