Why Kaido refused to dule Oden after he miserably lost to Oden in front of hid men? Oden was the first guy to ever scar Kaido and he wasn't interested in fighting against, seriously?

Because Cracker in his biscuit armor is super powerful and basically that, what already wields Commander lvl power.
You know being 6meters tall, with super powerful durability all around and multiple powerful limbs that each carry either a hakified weapon or a shield...???

The calamities need their devil fruits to be as strong as they are meant to be, just like anyone else.

I think it would be pretty awesome if Zoro at least fought King, Fuji, Shiryu, Monk Gorosei and Mihawk. Those "feel" like they will be his future opponents, but I guess that doesn't also include SSG or Elbaf related characters.

Yes he didn't keep his promise to let the scabbards go but he was never asked for a duel either, he even said after the scabbards run away that oden's body was already dead,all he did was finish the job with that bullet.
