Oda writes the Vivre cards lol. That's why only a few come out.

He basically does. He makes notes and them and its done in close collaboration with him. We know the process. They explained it ages ago.

Bounties make no sense. Same as when Oven and Daifuku got only 300mil., while being hyped up next to the YC's and Peros who had a 700mil. bounty. They also had good feats, so it's surprising they were so much lower than Peros.

And now Marco apparently has a Bounty lower than 1 bil. lol - despite all of his feats and hype coming from Yonkou and the Gorosei.

Oh, just 300 million. JUST 300 Million. I wonder what's so special about that number.

I'll be VERY impressed with Mihawk if his bounty be over 1 Bil tbh (I'll use it to attack his fans nonetheless)

no SINGLE entity in one piece world had a bounty of 1 Bil yet the HIGHEST number for 1 man is 550 Mil so far

and Marco is a SINGLE entity

he is no longer a YC and RHM of Whitebeard
he is no longer leader of new WBP

=> if Marco have a -1 Bil bounty it means WG decreased his bounty

No, this is a wrong assumption actually.

There is no Japanese character for billion or at least it's not used often. They just go past 10.

For example, Whitebeard is 50億4600万 beli, or 50x 100 million + 4600x10,000, which is 5,046,000,000 beli.

Marco is probably still in the billions


Edit: ugh, okay I see what is being conveyed here. We are assuming the single dot is 1 number only, which means "9" is the highest it can go. I guess that makes sense. We'll see

Even if his bounty is lower than 1 b, I don't see much of a problem. The WG may have simply decided to lower it after everything that happened to him.

Marco's feats/overall portrayal don't just disappear because of a number lol.
