So that's why when talking about the Yonko crews in the Yonko bounty reveal chapter they say this for Kaido

That's how Kaido got King and Queen at his side before they came to Wano. These guys were Ferocious Pirates causing havoc by themselves, and they followed Kaido after seeing how powerful he was

Yeah it seems that if we just compare, let's say, the top 3 or 4 per Yonko crew in terms of averages. They may roughly fall into this scale of bounties
- Saint Shanks/Blackbeard (by EoS)
- Kaido
- BM
- Whitebeard
Even if Whitebeard has a 5 billion bounty, if Marco, Ace and what I assume Joz and Vista to be, are lower than 1 billion each, that will massively lower he average bounty of his crew.
Only Kata is above 1 billion for BM, so similar deal, but could mean hers is a bit higher since Pero, Snack, etc also exist and are higher than Ace's bounty.
Kaido's main 3 are above 1 billion, so that helps him there. We just don't know the 5 remaining F6 members and how they related to Perospero/Snack, Ace, etc.
For sure Blackbeard will have a much higher bounty soon, and I assume his top 3 or 4 crewmates will be pretty high too in the end. I'd assume they would be higher than Kaido's.
Saint Shanks was called the most balanced and impregnable crew, so chances are he has more billion subordinates on average. Plus, if allies with Mihawk, then you are looking at someone who probably rivals a Yonko and has a higher than average bounty as well (probably higher than anyone but Saint Shanks)
