People like mihawk especially will be below it since they have now crew army or territory. Don’t see why this is hard to believe.

I still have a hard time believing that Marco's bounty is less than a billion, but I guess we will find out very soon if his bounty is in the billions or not.

Since these three are the only commanders who get hyped with their captain in the ýonkou bounty chapter, I easily assume more then King and Queen who didn´t get mentioned.
In case if King has 1.4B, I can see this:
BenBeckman 2.000.000.000B
Lucky Roo 1.780.000.000B
Yasopp 1.550.000.000B

I could maybe see that, although Beckman being that high I'm not too sure but who knows. If the Red Hair Pirates do have the highest bounties then that means between the Big Mom Pirates, Beasts Pirates, and Whitebeard Pirates, the WG views the Red Hair Pirates as the most dangerous Yonko Crew.

Damn Zoro’s opponent is strong as fuck

it would fit tho. Zoro usually has a bounty that’s slightly > Luffy’s last bounty.

So Zoro with 2B after Wano after beating 1.75 King makes sense
