I think Whitebeard had multiple vet lvl characters but in different lvl, from low to high. I legit think that Izo was a mid lvl vet while Curiel,Blamenco and Rakuyo where the top vets and if Izo already get 500mio+, imagine the others as Thatch,Vista and Jozu!!

If Marco had CoC why he didn't use it at Marineford, but Luffy stepped in? Marco was flying to fly save Ace instead of blasting CoC.

And his own crew said Luffy has CoC like "Pops and Shanks".

Other information from the official website, Looks like Kozuki Oden's reward didn't appear on the card. -Belopity, Karasu and Lindbergh reward between 300 and 500 million beri. Morley's reward is between 100 and 300 million berries. ISO reward between 500 million to 1 billion. All this bonus will be revealed exactly when the cards are leaked.
