nah more like what luffy looked like to kaido certainly levels down . thats whats relevant

we are in the 2nd powerup now and its still not enough
also the number of powerups isnt relevant
its how significant the boost each one is and it seems like uh each one is pretty damn significant.
and one allowed him to contend with hybrid kaido for a bit in his base. g4 was "one" powerup and we saw how doffy got pummelled in.

Morley's bounty placement among the revos is strange. Why was he singled out here then
Even after joining WBP, he still aimed at taking down Kaido one day, even wanting to go alone if he had to against WB's orders, to the point Marco and Izo literally told him that when WB will give his get go(when Ace will grow strong enough), they'd accompany him in the task
Not to mention, he unlocked the rarest type of haki at 10 and with the recent revelations around conqueror haki(advanced conqueror only the very strongest can manage), it's starting to make sense why his potential was feared
He was 20 actually and wasted part of his time to follow Teach in paradise

Why did they give a range for Marco’s bounty and not just give the bounty itself. This is stupid.
