Jinbe would low diff Vergo, his haki is far stronger, Vergo physical power in compare is even under Pageone.
And WsW in physical power above Pageone couldn´t do much against Jinbe physical power.
Oda fear to bring Jinbe into Luffy crew so he cut him until whole cake island.
If you wanna make a compare, do it with Doffy(Vergo captain) with Jinbe.

Jinbe's Haki tanked lethal Rokushiki techniques from a former CP9 genius with hybrid ancient zoan physique; WW's hardened fingers - Madara technique - even broke from Jinbe's Hardening.

Jinbe is a pure tank and I doubt Vergo's Haki is as good as Jinbe's tbh.

Well, why would Oda highlight Vergo's armament to such extremes, calling it "super armament" and saying through Caesar that his armament specifically is unstoppable, with Doflamingo further emphazising it? Jinbe truly is a Tank with strong armament. But I think for high tier standards, Vergo's armament is right on the top there.

Base Sanji isn't the best when it comes to defensive strength, especially since Page One - who's weaker than WW - easily broke RS Sanji's defence and sent him flying through several buildings with a basic blow.

Without doing damage though. Ancient Zoans raw physical strength is pretty powerful, that's true. But for a base kick without Haki to crack Sanji's leg, is impressive.

Especially, since Sanji's durability even in base is quite formidable. Him taking a charged electrified kick from RS judge to the face without a scratch:
