That's functionally what a Cult is, add one new member every night and wins when they outnumber.
I don't think the zombie's infection converts the target. Like, the wincon remains the same, they're just now infected. And no chat is created either. Similar roles but not quite the same, either way, it doesn't matter much. Both dangerous to town.

Sky being culted would very much explain this behavior he has. He clearly feels strongly about the cult leader not being anti-town. Though you have to consider, if Sky was culted, then wouldn't him trying to paint the cult leader in good light have some truth to it? Because, we know that culted members still retain their original wincons, meaning that they don't actually change alignment. So if Sky was culted, he should still technically be town based on the Typo and Fuji flips. Therefore, whatever he's saying about Haachama or whatever, we should heed with an open-mind because it may actually be true.

@The Destoryer @Naomi @LANJI CUCKSMOKE @Juliet some food for thought, what do you think?

Look at how the deaths of Typo and Fuji are written. Part of the name is green while the other is orange. If Hachaama was this evil anti-town cult then Typo and Fuji would be fully converted players with the wincon to outnumber town or eliminate all threats to cult, not just "Make Hachaama win" and keep their original town wincons.

I'm gonna have to agree with Sky here that the cult in this game is not as bad as a traditional cult.

That cult thing on fuji is weird as hell. He's got a primary and secondary wincon though with that. Does that mean if right and left re culted they still need to eliminate each other?

I'm thinking you're right on this one to be honest, the 2 wincons hint at something different, also probably means cult left has to still take out cult right. Possibly anyways.

Could be. I went through all the write-ups and found that they lack a "Someone has converted [???]" or "Someone attempted to convert [???] but failed" message. Considering how crucial town's knowledge on the existence of a cult in the game would be, I'd like to think that Rej would broadcast messages like that so town can be aware there's a cult on the loose. But there are none and it makes me wonder if we even have one.

@Yagoo if you hosted a game with a cult, would you make write-ups for failed and successful conversions?

Never seen a cult retain its original wincon and faction without there being something else going on that we don't know about.

Might not even be a full blow cult but someone who needs to win with x-minions for all we know.

Oooookaay!

I know for a fact that Naomi and T-Pein are town.

I just took me 4 phases to find that out. 0_0 I am so useless....
Scum or Reaper might think this way. When they are sure they can corner Town, there is something they can't calculated with the possibility that Town can win by converting. I consider it like a second chance for Town if Town gets cornered ofc.

No i just hate cult.

And I hate Scum because they don't kill me and keep ignoring me because I'm useless.
I don't know what to tell you then, you sound like a third, who don't care that your left town side might loose which looks anti town, since you don't seem to care or want support you left town team members. with wanting to die.

Do you feel corned.
