No official source have ever called, stated or considered big mom to be swordsman. Yet, the manga have showed her use a sword against the straw hats and even Kaido, a Yonko.
While Fujitora who uses a sword and possesses his gravity power, that is completely separate from his swordsmanship, is called an swordsman.
That makes it clear that just because you use a sword doesn't make you a swordsman.

Well seems like Vista did the right thing by following the Whitebeard pirates. Unlike Mihawk, Vista went everywhere including Wano. No wonder then, that he wasn't impressed by Mihawk's swordsmanship skills

Because no official information is ever told us that Big Mom is a swordsman, that's why. We have to go by what Oda tells us not what we want to believe.
You are still trying to define a swordsman based off your own opinion instead of how Oda defines swordsman.
It's not the world's most skilled swordsman. Haki that has absolutely nothing to do with swordsmanship is very important to strong and powerful swordsman.

That's my point... its entirely Arbitrary what Oda considers a swordsman
Just by going through Zoro's opponents you can see there's no actual criteria outside of just possessing a sword... In fact some characters don't even have swords... Daz bones just has a steel fruit, Ohm had an iron cloud tube thingy and Monet had thingy those weird iron spike things... Hell in just Wano Zoro fought Killer with his scythes and Hawkins with his Voodoo doll Nail sword club thingy
Like such ridiculous shit is the reason I do not believe in the existence of any actual criteria for what swordsman is outside of just the person Zoro fights... Zoro is the benchmark for who is considered a swordsman since his whole shtick is to be the best one... But Zoro summons demonic auras and uses three swords and all manner of weird shit so already you can tell Oda isn't out to make swordsmanship some one note bland thing... then add on all of Zoro's opponents and how weirdly varied their "swordsmanship" is then you get a situation where its plain stupid to try and say Oda actually cares about something as dumb as "pure swordsmen"
Devil fruits don't matter, Body types and body sizes don't matter, Haki doesn't matter and even possessing the fighting styles don't matter... Hell literally having a sword or not itself doesn't matter... A swordsman in one piece is whoever the fuck Oda decides is a swordsman...

I understand exactly what you saying and that's why I agreed there's no such thing as a pure swordsman.
Clearly, Oda care so much about swordsman and swordsmanship that he wanted there to be an official world strongest swordsmanman title. Maybe that's his way of allowing Zoro to become incredibly strong without taking away from Luffy.

Why would the people wano be worried about being the world's strongest swordsman when they got bigger issues to deal with. Most of the people there don't know what they are going to eat the next day.
Let's talk about big mom Pirates. Where there's Katakuri, who have never lost a battle yet never fought a known strong character.
