Not really, but it's a good way to know Oda confirmed with directors regarding Zoro's CoC.
Just like the silhouette confirmation.
No one is treating it as canonical, but just the fact that people who are much, much, much closer and in-touch with Oda than any of us think Zoro canonically has CoC is just another argument towards how dumb it is that people still doubt.

It's not like this very same episode confirmed that:
Yamato was the one watching the Strawhats
Which they absolutely can't do without confirmation from Oda because in manga it was pretty much a silhouette? They pretty much resolved a big manga plot-line which people were obsessed about, and clarified that it's not a plot-line to begin with!
Yeah, no. Oda discusses stuff with anime directors- and while they don't use scenes canonically, people use knowledge of said directors as confirmation often
In fact, the only reason why you're whining is because it's "zolo" stuff being confirmed, rather than something else lol
Toei definitely got tired of the downplayers and haters if they revealed Zoro CoC this early lmao just couple of days ago Ndule was arguing Zoro's usage was not clear enough it is still ambiguous this felt like a direct response to the likes of him. Don't be sore losers accept it already same with the ridiculous crap we hear about Enma to undermine Zoro
No don’t worry, nothing in this episode is canon. Not even Yamato being the person who was behind Jimbei and Robin
Until contradicted of course
If we NEVER ever see who was behind Jimbei and Robin ever in the manga, then what Toei showed will be considered the closest thing to an answer
Zoro never knocked out fodder in the manga so that scene is obviously not canon, but then again Zoro having CoC is still canon and that’s why Toei even allowed this scene to be made
So it’s fine. Nothing in the anime is canon to the manga outside of context.
