Vegapunk being built up as long as the Yonkou
The Kuma setup in regards to Strawhats and one of the few things that Oda always planned from the beginning
Oda saying that Vegapunk will reveal secret of DFs
The SSG being a game changer
Revos being connected to Kuma
VP also being connected to prisoners, and lvl 6 prisoners still being out there
For me too much stuff to just be a side thing, but id Oda actually rushes it, its a different story.

I think Vegapunk and Elbaf centric arcs are entirely relevant and need happen. It's It's possible they are even part of the same arc and Oda pulls another "mega" arc with Elbaf like he did with DR. We have 2 Supernova to focus on, Bonney and Urogue, who are by far the most mysterious pirates out of the 11.
Bonney is tied to Kuma, who in turn tied to Vegapunk. We also haven't seen Smoker and Tashigi in 200 chapters, and their last known location was at Vegapunks lab, they weren't even present during the Reverie. Since then Vegapunk has been repeatedly teased by Fujitora, the SSG, and Orochi's desire to have him. Something big is happening here.
Urogue is even far more mysterious. There's nothing really pointing him to anything, but if I had to guess, Elbaf would be his likely appearance. I've always had this big feeling that Elbaf will be this huge lore dump about OPs world, and Urogue will tie that lore between Giants and Sky People (just a guess).
There's far more that would go into this, namely the 2 remaining Yonko and any other major faction involved, but I think these 2 are the prime candidates for what is next. Then following this with Lodestar and Laughtale, you build up to the final war. That's my thought process anyway. I don't see Luffy jumping straight into the final war right after fighting Kaido. There needs to be a lot of buildup to get to that point, knowing Oda. It took him 300 chapters to build to Wano (which is why i doubt the whole 5 year timeline comments, which is now 3 years and we are still in Wano lol)

Post Wano - Reverie consequences and the news of Blackbeard invading Whole Cake Island and destroying it and taking the poneglyph
Elbaf - All the Supernovas are on the Island and they are fighting it out trying to get the last red poneglyph on the Island. There could be a villain giant keeping this poneglyph. Could be a non fighting competition type of thing cause Luffy‚ Law and Kid would be so overpowered post Wano. The Villain keeping the poneglyph decides the rules
Post Elbaf - Mini Arc following on the Reverie Consequences like after Wano will do propably. Also Shanks vs Blackbeard where Shanks die and Blackbeard is announced as the only remaining Yonkoi
Lodestar - Where Luffy vs Blackbeard battle will happen with all the poneglyphs available divided between the teams. Explores the will of D. The winner get all the 4 poneglyphs and goes straight to Raftel
Raftel - Big part of the mini arc is reaching it and after that the big reveal of what the One Piece is‚ maybe with a message left from Roger that would be done as a flashback. Followed by Luffy crossing the Red line. This is also where the void century is revealed. Maybe they find Scooper Gaban was there chilling the whole time waiting for the one who will reach Raftel
Mariejois - The news that Luffy became the pirate king makes the government announce Sabo's execution and knowing that Luffy and the revolutionary army will step in to save him‚ they set the trap. Maybe some breaking news introduced like Sabo being the son of im or one of the Gorosei. First introduction to the revolutionary army fully‚ first introduction to the government super power that made them not need shichibukai anymore. Strawhat grand fleet + Revolutionary + Former Shichibukai vs Im‚ Cp0 and Gorosei + Marines + Vegapunk's super pacifista

I think God Valley will re-appear somehow,i am 100% sure it is related to laugh tale somehow!+Shiki needs to make an appearance because of chapter 0!I believe Shiki moved the island somewhere else with his ability,similar to how Moriah turned an island into a ship and Kaido is floating Onigashima somehow!Shiki made God valley his flying ship,so he will cross paths with Luffy at some point before the final war!Also Luffy x Kidd could also happen!
Yes,I also think Oda will built the final war during Elbaf and following arcs in a similar fashion to Wano!I also think most straw hats members dream's will happen before the final war,with the exception of Sanji,that will witness the All blue after Luffy destroy Mariejoa/Fishman Island/Red Line!

Supernova will be irrelevant after this arc until last war.
Forget Luffy, they aint holding a candle to Zoro in this arc already, and its only getting worse from here. We can have a battle Luffy plus Zoro vs all other Supernova though, might be more interesting. But once Sanji and Jinbe join, its onesided again.

About Elbaf: i think the key to guess what will happen in that arc is to think at the reason why the SHs would go there: just the Log Pose pointing towards that? They are not following that anymore. And also: Elbaf (which could be only a village of the island,and the island might have a different name) is populated by powerful giants,so who could be the villain of the arc? Its hard to imagine somehow from the outside world being the villain,so it will be an evil giant? Or it could really be someone from the outside world,but in this case,who? So if we answer to these questions we might understand better what could happen in Elbaf.
With the animosity between BM and the Strawhats, i doubt it. I am ready to be wrong, even would be happy since i have been disappointed with the Supernova post ts (Law in Dressrosa, Kid here, most Supernova remaining mid tier) but do i think its likely? No.

Vegapunk has perfected the gigantification experiments (mentioned in Punk Hazard) and has used prisoners, maybe even some of the lvl 6 prisoners for said experiments. So you would have Loki and elbaf giants (who should be on Luffys/ ancient kingdom side since they are similar to shandians, samurai and fishman, a very homogenous nation) vs the new giants (or maybe SSG is already part giants).
Gigantification and the power of giants has been mentioned throughout the arcs, PH, WCI ( with elbaf and BM claiming she would have become PK with the giants), the numbers in this arc...

The whole issue with this is after Wano‚ what would mere giants be able to do against Luffy who fought Kaido. That is why I find it more believable if maybe Weevile ruled over the giants and Luffy is having a hard time fighting him one on one‚ since most propably Luffy won't beat Kaido 1 on 1. Otherwise better to make the arc around Shanks and Mihawk
Thats too simplistic. The giants we have seen so far were mostly fodder relatively speaking. Best was John Giant, a VA. Same for numbers, who are also failed experiments and were oneshotted by Luffy, Drake, Franky....
Nevertheless, Big Mom claimed Elbaf giants of today would have been enough to make her PK. And the WG were always after it to rule the world.
