So youre saying his WW lmao? Cmon , first of all im not believing his weird quirky claims. He litteraly said that he wont claim unless forced to so his WW thing is already shaky at best.
What we know is that he said he hit Light and Light got notified of it, that is all.
Ill give you 2 scenarios:
Light is exe and has Van as his target and so created a lie to get him out when Van ''Joked'' about attacking him.
or
Van is SK/Jugg who attacked light and since hes a newbie didnt know that people get notified when they get attacked in TOS and that he cant fake claim Vig since vigis cant attack n1.
