1) What she uses now, have you seen any pic?
2) Officially Zoro did not have Haki either pre-TS, now we know he had it with one technique.
3) Did she use the technique she used now in Punk Hazard?
4) If she had awakened Haki now as power-up, why would Oda concentrate on something she learned during the timeskip when Usopp´s awakening of CoO was dedicated almost the entire chapter?

Hence, jumping the gun.

Also, since you are trying to argue aggressively, thinking you are right, what power-up did Franky receive? Chopper, Oda literally went out of his way to explain his power-up (it was not a zenkai boost), same for Nami with Zeus (not a zenkai boost), same for Sanji with the suit (not a zenkai boost), same for Luffy, Zoro, Usopp with CoO and the list goes on.
If it is Haki, and if Robin has awakened it now, how does that invalidate the argument that characters do not automatically get stronger unless they actually show a sign they actually did.
You should know what you are arguing.

more it is more like Luffy defeated Kaido while he is unconscious and cuffed. he get matured by Shinobu till he is very old and cannot fight anymore.
maybe that happens as well with his top commanders as well.
they don't deserve to die in battle especially Kaido he wishes for a honorable death. that way the strawhats will not have to kill him and change their way of doing things.
