You need proper CoA to even try and defend against attacks from Zoro. Sanji doesn't even have coating yet.

Katakuri/Benn Beckmann are someone who can give Zoro a proper warmup.

Sanji is one shot material with one good move.

1. Benn easily defeats Zoro
2. Katakuri isn't just a warmup for Zoro.
3. I think Sanji has coating.. but well let's assume he hasn't, he still has DJ who ignores durability.
