usopp and nami almost died against ulti. she was trying to break their wills before killing them. which is why she asks them to denounce luffy's dream. her headbutt is powerful enough to overpower base luffy.

neither Sasaki nor Black Maria used haki, it seems they were depending on their DFs heavily after this i am pretty sure Sasaki and WsW are done for as well. so the strawhats with exceptions of Sanji and Zoro will have to fight another people otherwise they didn't have much to do. maybe the CP0 or Jack and Perospero.

Which means Enma is the reason why he got into scales due to Enma inserting Haki from it to be more, but not by Zoro's skill if his talk is that he has no idea what Kaido talking about.

She never over powered base luffy with a headbutt though.

Luffy was about to used gear 4 because she pinned his entire body with her heavy size in full zoan form

Black Maria received superior portrayal in the cover page and was the last to go down. She knows Haki, but Oda just doesn’t like drawing it on some characters. Kaido himself has never used Hardening either. Same goes for King, Queen, and Jack

If we're going by the assumption that all the F6 do have haki, she's still portrayed as the weakest offensively to be honest.

-Ulti's headbutts were recognized as strong by Luffy and she even pinned him down to the point he was about to use G4.
-Sasaki's spinning slashes and tackles, as silly as they may be, managed to cut through the Franky Shogun's wapometal.
-WsW has both rokushiki and fully shown CoA coating.
-Page One is the only one who didn't get to show much, but even during his short fight with RS Sanji he was shown to be pretty strong and durable.

Black Maria was swinging a flaming rod around and is now using brass knuckles to punch.
Her presumably being the last one to go down also doesn't matter much considering Raizo vs Fukurokujo is still unresolved and could be the focus of next week's chapter.

if ulti and page one had slightly above average iq they wouldnt be chasing after usopp and nami. i know that they were outsmarted and outwitted before getting destroyed by big mom.

who's who has done pretty much nothing other than scratch jinbe all this time. until he does more, imo he doesnt deserve being put above ulti who has done more over all.

I am not denying he have COC in the attack, but the reality is Enma help in that attack to give a cut as it doesn't make sense on Zoro's response that he doesn't know what he mean by that and again Enma is the only weapon that got into the scales and he doesn't need to keep mention it back to back to know after past chapters mentioning several times on Enma being special sword. Why it's not special again in that scene? Because he isn't talking about it, but it was highlighted into the attack though .

yeah. she was torturing them to break their spirits using her headbutts. to make them admit that luffy isnt going to become pirate king from their own mouth. isnt that what i said before?

ulti didnt lose to nami wtf ~ she lost to big mom interfering. you're crazy if you think big mom didnt do the heavy lifting against ulti.

who's who did pretty much nothing to jinbe while jinbe wrapped him up with just a random shoulder throw and onigawara seiken. if who's who stands up ill change my stance but he has done absolutely nothing to suggest he's better than ulti.

The one that finished her up was Nami, if it wasnt for her Ulti would still be around fighting the alliance, so for all intends and purposes Nami was the one that defeated her.
WsW got folded, true, but he did injure Jinbe and required whats most likely Jinbe's strongest land attack, and we dont know if that crazy haki that he used is someting that he could sustain for long or just a quick burst to defeat WsW at once. Either way just for keeping up with Jinbe and being acknowledged by him WsW has better portrayal as a fighter than any of the other tobi, especially when compared to Ulti who just smashes shit with her head
