Maria looks to be more of a tricky fighter than a physical one and she could be very troublesome depending on her matchup so she's a tricky one to rank. Her base stats are prolly the weakest amongst the Tobi Roppo but at face value her tricky abilities can be quite dangerous if you're susceptible to them like the Illusion Mist or if you get hit by her poison for example but overall she doesn't really have hax so I'd put the Dinos over. What I like about her though in comparison to Who's Who for instance, is that you can look at her and can actually see the threat that she possess.
But then again I think most of these Tobi Roppo fights are matchups for the most part.
Put P1 against Jinbe and Jinbe would struggle more than he did with Who's Who as the earlier is a lot more durable and posseses more physical strength. Put either Ulti or P1 against General Franky and he'd have no way to win coz they have no holes in their durability. Not sure how Robin's Demon would fare against the Dino's but would be an interesting matchup and I reckon they stand a decent chance of withstanding it. If she catches, someone like Who's Who however, like Maria, he's fck'd but then again Robin might have a difficult time against Who's Who coz he can spam cutting attacks. However, Who's Who v Franky I feel would be a toss up, don't think Who's Who gets through his defense easily and he's screwed if any of Franky's higher end moves hit him.
All in all I feel the Dinos will fare the best overall against any of the folks that fought the Tobi Roppo

Yeah, but not even just physical power, black Maria went down pretty easy. It's not a one shot but damn near is with how the fight played out.. I mean when talking about offensive power + endurance/durability.

Agree it kinda crazy the last remaining flying six get take down easily. In compare Pageone tank a blank pointed G3 and was fine after. Ulti trash up Nami and Usopp, take so many attacks and stand up again and again. BM get take down by two attacks, Sasaki in fair compare take a lot of attacks. WsW just get hit twice.
The question is really if WsW and Sasaki are done or not and if BM is really the only one which a weak endurance?

She’s a giantess so in terms of physical strength she’s probably one of the top. I wouldn’t say getting your spine broken is an easy way to go down. Black Maria is huge, this just shows how insanely big Robins Demonio is.
The Tobi Roppo are a group that are portrayed on similar standing with one another. You can say Drake is the strongest, but I don’t think the distance between drake and Sasaki or drake and Black Maria is all that severe.
So least you can say is Franky and Robin are on the same level as him.

Robin's offense is pretty broken, not many can counter it the way Black Maria did with sticky webs.
Her weak spot is that she cant handle much damage so those who can damage her limbs will likely give her trouble.
Not a classical glass cannon since she can handle a lot and overwhelm many but still, if she can work on defense, she will be YC tier.
Neither of them is using Hardening so far, the shading is noticeably different.

he didnt keep up with jinbe wtf? jinbe was on the defensive for so long. who's who kept attacking for so much time and did nothing but scratch jinbe. the moment jinbe wanted to end the fight with one blow he dropped whos who.
real question is why did sanji ever get caught on those webs if they can burn like that. he couldve easily burnt the webs and got out of there. another PIS imo.
