After the recent chapter i honestly think prime rayleigh and prime scopper gaben is after rogers death. They probably gotten stronger in the last year traveling with oden or after roger died. They were probably below YC1 level in this chapter and Oden is probably YC1 in this chapter.

Prime Gaben and Rayleigh are probably Admiral/yonko level but they didn't reach that level untill years later.

To talk about the Rocks and the Yonkos it's very likely that Xebec was the one who rediscovered the true nature of the Road Poneglyphs and the existence of the Ancient Weapons and that it's because of him that Shiki wanted the Ancient Weapons and Kaido and BM knew about and took Road Poneglyphs as their possessions (maybe Xebec was the one who had BM or Kaido's RP in his possession first) and that Roger discovered the Truth about the RP and Raftel.

Can't believe what I'm reading from some people. Oden was a Top Tier. He ate a named attack from Roger, and got back up like nothing happened. The main matchups were Roger/WB, Rayleigh/Oden, and Scopper was taking on Marco, Jozu, Vista, Izo, etc...
