On the subject of Sanji fainting, I think we'll never find out if he fainted or not.
I believe that what we'll get to see in the chapter is Sanji being thrown into a building and dissapearing until the end of the chapter like he did in his fight with King.
So it might be implied that Sanji fainted, but we probably won't see it on screen, so we'll never be 100% sure. I guess the only person who will know for sure will be provider monsterzoro since he seems to have inside information.

Hitetsu is most likely going to be Sukiyaki. I think Onimaru will be relevant again when there's an emphasis on Zoro's lineage or more exposition on Ryuma's lore, though it's hard to point out if he'll only appear during the aftermath of this battle or not.
