He attacked no one for 7 chapters, in the story about 10 minutes have passed between sanji kicking queen and pero getting back up

There was sanji's speech, tama's speech, queen's transformation, sanji dodging lasers then sanji vs king and queen


If pero wasn't down, explain why the hell would he not atleast try to participate into the fight or kill the samurais?

sanji kicked queen and sent perospero flying.
sanji and queen clashed again
tama showed up and said her piece
sanji got that second kick in
queen transformed, shot some lasers and sanji dodged.
that's all that has happened. it's probably 2 minutes max. and who knows where perospero was thrown when he was hit by queen , a fucking dinosaur's neck?
