he's pretty consistent accross arcs though.

doflamingo, luffy, law, zoro, fujitora, pica and even kinemon showed it in the anime. there was no reason to think that the decision for doflamingo to not show it in that clash wasnt deliberate.

He isn't, Trebol and Diamante for example are confirmed to have CoO and CoA yet no visible use of any of them. And those are just two examples, Oda is simply a lazy bum at handling haki, since pre timeskip.

What is accounting?

In every company you have a sector that takes all the monetary data and then they create a bunch of reports that essentially show how well the company is doing, to help out everyone interested in those numbers (such as investors, administrators, banks, governament and so on...).

That's the basis of it.

But you can work in many different ways in this area, the most desired jobs would be as an Auditor for the governament so you can "review and verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure that companies comply with tax laws" or you can become an expert that helps out with legal cases and you review / verify financial records in the same way but for legal reasons for example.

im not saying that they dont use armament at all. maybe there's a small difference between the black coating and just normal usage of CoA ~ like an invisible hardening ~ if that makes sense.

You can replace Sanji's storyline with any other character and it would have been a terrible arc. Especially in the New World where they make their declaration and train for Luffy's sake etc, Oda just said, nah who gives a shit

Bruh sanji did all that for luffy's sake, at the end was practically begging luffy to leave and let big mom kill him and his family just because he didn't want to put his captain in danger
