Refusing to get out behind your biscuit soldiers for a long time is not something i would prescribe to stamina, more like stubbornness or lack of flexibility.

I think it is stamina as the spoilers indicate Marco can’t keep up fighting anymore not due to damage, but exhaustion. And when it comes to haki Cracker’s armament was praised for by Luffy while Marco has never got the same treatment.

• His biscuits got amazing durability
• Stronger than Perospero

Marco :

• Average haki
• Great movement speed & Average reaction speed
• Low stamina despite regen
• Amazing endurance
• G3 tier AP
• Rivals Perospero
• Couldn't beat base King /choked by Linlin /destroyed by Teach

Once you counter his regen, he loses or gives up but Once you counter Cracker df, he doesn't lose straight coz he got Great sword skills and haki. Marco ~ Cracker

Marco has no adcoa or ryuo. Just stop giving his guy benefits of doubts
We've seen what he can do, his limits and he has no awakening ,advanced haki and CoC

Kidd doesn't faint from stabs or whatever unlike Other fodders who are wanked hard

hilarious analysis. it is obviously than Marco is stronger then King and Queen. depends on he might be stronger even than Katakuri since no matter how strong Katakuri is Marco has regeneration power.
King and Queen are not weak at all. Queen can span laser attacks like nothing , is a cyborg and has one of the toughest DF, that goes for King as well who is a skilled swordsman and instead of laser he can spam fire power.
