I'll just point out that in the popularity thread, where fans vote for their fave characters, in the same round, Doflamingo had 49 votes, whilst Hawkins had 13.

Unpopular, but the most impressive individual when it comes to "badassary(?)", is Buggy. He encountered yonko and admirals, escaped the deadliest prison in the world and survived the war of the best, all while fooling the ENTIRE WORLD that he is some powerful legend while partying every day.
