It's a fact that for majority of chapter 415, after Jyabura got serious, he was absolutely shitting on Sanji in strength, speed, and everything. They had multiple clashes following the scratch-attack, and Jyabura won in every single one of them and there was a lot of time where Sanji could not even react to him. He was overwhelmed by a serious Jyabura and was forced to use DJ- and even then, he couldn't one-shot and took a hit to land a finishing blow.

Can you refute any of what's stated above?

Quit talking to me about early battle and Sanji landing stuff when Jyabura was fucking around. If Sanji was near Jyabura's equal, then he would not get absolutely shit on and overwhelmed for entire end fight until DJ.

It's similar to Scabbards vs Kaido. Just because Scabbards shone vs Kaido, it doesn't mean that they could match him when serious. They got stomped afterward.

Anyhow, don't waste my time if you can't refute the stuff above. Idc for Zoro's fight in this debate and neither should you- this is about whether Sanji was anywhere near Jyabura until DJ or not.

See this is where the disconnect is created. You say “when he got serious” but where’s the proof that he wasn’t serious at the beginning of the fight. It’s just your headcanon

Yes but the suit is probably awakening that power on Sanji, not just enhancing the fire by itself, the suit and its user are directly connected

Sanji's suit makes him Invisible, lt doesn't make sense that it enhances his flames

Yeah a big knock I had against Inu vs Jack was that Jack wasn't using Hybrid and Inu didn't have Sulong. Seems Oda addressed both of those things. Can't have Luffy's crew take every victory I guess lol. I guess we'll see how they go.

I'm just surprised considering literally all 5 of the original scabbards (I guess minus Kanjuro) are the ones that received notable fights or victories:

- Kin vs Kanjuro (it's 1 attack but you know what you mean)
- Inu vs Jack
- Neko vs Perospero
- Raizo vs Fukurokuju

Lol Asura and Kiku took pretty bad losses, and Kawamatsu, Denjiro and Izo seem to just be fighting fodder.

Sanji was literally flexing in every possible way, first he speed blitzed a few times, he caused landed more hits than jabura did before diable jambe

Even "special abilities" jabura had the 6 techniques, sanji had the flames of that race of gods that lived on top of the red line, it was an unfair fight in every way despite sanji being already damaged

Do you not understand the difference between early fight and latter? I've already agreed that Sanji was landing hits against Jyabura while he was fucking around, trying to trick and whatnot. Two hits came while he was trying to cheap-shot Sanji, another hit came while he was looking at Usopp, etc.

But the moment Jyabura got serious in chapter 415, Sanji was absolutely overwhelmed and could not do anything at all and got destroyed and speedblitzed everytime they clashed.

If you can show me even a single page or panel of Sanji having even a hint of upper-hand after that page until DJ, good on you. But there's none. I've shown you many pages of how Jyabura was straight up dominating the fight from that point onward and forced Sanji to use DJ.
