I'm wondering if Beckman is right at the 1.5 mark. That will mean no one is above Luffy except Yonkos, and Beckman will still get his differentiation.

But yeah "5th Emperor" is not just a hoax. It means the only real rivals of Luffy at this point are OTHER Yonkos.

If what Brannew meant by "high bounties" is simply Shanks's commanders having an extra 100m on Kaido's, that'd be pretty disappointing not gonna lie
