You are missing the point. I am not saying they are weak. I am saying that they dont deserve more than 300m. The daifuku attack was impressive but he only destroyed some ships. He is pretty much a weaker version of cracker. If you bypass his bodyguard, you win.
About the boiling ocean, again an impressive attack but in reality that situation was just a convenience bc of his devil fruit. Most devil fruits under the ideal circumstances can become extremely useful. Like when m3 countered maggellan's hydra.
Again Pica is destructive too(like oven and daifuku) but was easily beaten by zoro.

The difference is Oven knows how to use his devil fruit incredibly well and has a very strong body.

He was able to instantly disarm Pedro who was beating Tamago despite both having higher bounties than Oven.

Saying he’s not worth more is odd because you seem to imply he’s only as impressive as Caesar…

Yes you do. Literally no reason to put Peros over Oven because Oven is a bad match up for Peros. Unless you remove that aspect for that battle Peros beats him, but that exists, Peros aint beating Oven.

Same for Caesar if you are gonna do stupid arguments for Caesar over Oven might as well put Caesar over Flying Six too.

Smoothy had no feats, i guess she is weak? Who did Cracker defeat? He was the first guy who got defeated in the WCI Arc, is he also weak? You have literaly no arguments.

But we know that smoothie is strong bc of her bounty. Aside from that, Big mom would have never chosen her as a commander if she didnt believe in her strength. Therefore smoothie doesnt need any feats. She is de facto strong. Same applies to cracker. Its all about potrayal. Oven as long as i remember didnt do anything that would make us believe he worths more than 300m.

How is he a ''poor DF user''? He did use a very straight forward DF in everyway possible with a large variety of attacks, close range, long range, effecting weapons and the surroundings etc. What more do you need? I remember when we first saw Oven's DF people were disappointed about how straight forward it was, but then changed their mind once they saw what he could do with it.
Just because someones DF is not AS versatile as compared to someone else - even tho Oven's use of his DF was very versatile - , doesn't mean the DF or the user is weak.

I call him a poor devil fruit user bc i dont remember him using a variety of attacks... which doesnt make him weak but it definitely isnt a plus either. Again my whole argument isnt that he is weak, its that he isnt worth more than 300m. People act like he is worth 400mil or more but i dont see it.

Zoro is not a versatile fighter himself, besides cutting stuff he can't really do anything else, is he weak now

But we know zoro is strong bc he actually has many feats. And by feat i mean he has defeated people who actually are strong.
