Literally this mean King and Zoro still can get it later when their battle is over, since Yamato didn´t get shown with CoC even though using probably a haki attack against Hatchi.

So Kaido is 59? That means he was 39 when he fought Oden, the same age Oden had.

So both where probably around their prime, we see Kaido using adv CoC and also Oden most like have it.
But Oda decide to destroy the most hyped fight for me, a fight where we could finally see two top tiers rampagne out and showing insane feats...

Why didn't the VC confirm it? It's because they are still trying to hide it so that when Oda fully reveals everything about it it's supposed to be a huge surprise. We see this all the time in manga and shows.
