Jimbeis feats speak for him. Sanji can overtake him in time but rn he has nothing on jimbei.
His suit literally helped him he thought he would have died against king. We also saw his ass beaten in recent chapters and how its difficult to do something to king and queen. He has done zero damage to queen yet too.
