I actually think it'll be sooner. After Momo stops Onigashima from falling (I assume that is how he'll leave the rooftop), I can see him meeting Tengu and grabbing it. Primarily because I think Orochi is still alive and will do something drastic once the island lands. Then he'll use Ame to defeat Orochi
