Why exaggerated Marco himself said he can't hold them off for too long it was clearly taking a toll on his powers, at one point managed to overpower them both, while healing himself + many others

Well, He did not hold them off for too long as he said for himself that he can't do it. People exaggerate the amount of time that Marco spent fighting them together and act as if he fought in two-on-one longer than the one-on-one with King when it's actually the opposite.

Marco literally said they consume the stamina of the samurai, and the samurai confirmed their stamina was being consumed several times.
Blue flames of healing consume his stamina when he uses it, he wasn't healing. It was eaidimg their temperature.

Blue Flames consume Marco's stamina regardless of whether he uses it to heal or not.

Let's just slowly accept the fact that King's slash > Kaido's slash that crippled Okiku but got blocked casually by Zoro.
In terms of throwing slashes, King is stronger. Not that it dehypes Kaido a lot anyway, because Kaido's main fighting style is using kanabo.
