Bounty and Zoro disagree.
And yes, Zoro in this chapter said that he espected that King was that strong, so he actually thinks that Queen is strong too.

For the 100th time sharing the same panel with someone else doesn't mean they are equal in powers. How flat does your brain have to be to think such a stupid thing? They're YC1 and YC2 both strongest subordinates of Kaido. However a YC2 is not equal to a YC1 no matter how desperately you misinterpret the manga.

YC1 and YC 2 are made up power levels the way the community tends to use them.
The only value of using these terms is to order characters based on how strong you think they are within one crew, but it means absolutely nothing for the gaps between them or comparisons with other crews.
So you are right in your post, they are not equal, that's not the implication of all of these panels or their bounties.
They are however both YC's with strength worthy of monsters with bounties over 1 Billion beri
and that is used for powerscaling in the manga by Marco after figthing them both to give that confirmation.
This statement at this point in time can only be made about Katakuri, Queen, King and Marco, so that's the company Oda gives Queen through this type of hype. Maybe he is the weakest of them all, but he can hang and get this type of hype, unlike other weaker YC's, who are used to make King and Queen look that much more impressive in comparison as was the case with Jack for their introduction.
Sneak attacks? Sanji was at an advantage, being invisible, while King didn't know what was going on, after that approaching Momo and kicking him, to have Sanji interfere.

How many times should I explain this?
1. Stop believing raid suit Sanji without DJ is stronger than DJ Sanji, that's not true.
DJ is a big power-up as we have seen against Jabura.
Raid suit increases kicks' power only if you use the boost of the shoes, that Sanji didn't use, so It was just like no DJ Sanji clashing with King.
2. King's beck grabbed Sanji, after being grabbed you can't free yourself, It is explained in King's vivrecard.
3. Sanji got grabbed because of Momo, If he didn't have Momo then King wouldn't have had a free blow on Sanji.
4. Even though King had a free blow, Sanji easily tanked It.
Stop using this dumb logic, Zoro screams of pain because of Queen teeth, according to your Logic If Queen used haki or even his stronger teeth that he wanted to use against Chopper then Zoro would be pierced and dead.

RS Sanji is stronger than Base DJ Sanji. Why would he use his RS then? Do you see the logical hole here?
