Since Luffy is busy with Kaido and Yamato is unattached, I assume she'll fight Lucci. I'd say Zoro or sanji after their fights are done, but if the CP9 crew is all here I assume they would sooner face Kaku and Jabra, and Jinbei vs Lucci would be a little repetitive when we just finished Jinbei vs WW. I don't think anyone else still standing is strong enough to fight him.
