He accepted it was a possible outcome of the fight. His dialogue mentioned it directly, when he was butthurt around King using BFR tactics to kill him. Zoro also directly mentioned he would break swordsmanship code to beat King if necesarry, but sure that's a low mid diff...
Contrast with Luffy who is fighting Kaido and confidently saying he will beat Kaido as he smiles.

Started reading one piece weekly around the Katakuri fight in 2018, I gotta say............ the way people talk about Sanji has changed dramatically...... people were saying Sanji is trash, not in the monster trio, Oda Hates Sanji, especially in the late WCI to Early Wano portion Sanji slander was at its peak. people actually questioned if Sanji would ever get a real fight again, or even fight a commander.

Now we've reached a place where the slander has dwindled a bit and people are complaining about him being too strong too fast. lol Its funny how things play out.
