Yes even the medic who treated reiju mentioned they have rapid healing.
Sanji just got a full restore while Queen lowered his own HP this fight has no stakes.

Well that's not exactly true remember Katakuri overwhelmed such exoskeleton with only punches and Smoothie did the same apparently without using her swordd even against Reiju.

So the healing is not bypassed or overwhelmed by high hier and above.

The Queen part yes he definitely nerf himself a bit.
