Perhaps the time Sanji's body returned to normal, its the exact moment where the exoskeleton completely awakens. Thats why Sanji is feeling weird/handicapped since a few chapters, his body is changing while fighting.


But even then, the "healing" thing seems crazy for now. We didn't see this during WCI
