You are wrong Yes, Zoro doesn't have the same ability as Luffy but his cutting attacks are much more effective against Pica Stone body then Luffy punches.

Zoro did quiet assistance to reach Pica in enough time before he could kill the king. He never required assistance beating Pica. Zoro no name haki attached easily cut through Picas body like they're nothing.

Zoro used Barrier Haki to cut pica from the distance, some thing Luffy did not have at the time. Luffy did that damage to Pica without barrier haki.

Luffy now has barrier advanced armament haki level( Advcoa level 1), and now also the most advanced armament haki internal destruction haki ( Adcoa level2)

Pica was zoro 1v1, why would luffy even try to solo him. He wouldn't need G4 to put him down. I know you guys have an agenda with zoro but pica was, is and will be a fodder.
That doesn't make zoro weak, you don't need to make his opponents stronger than they are.
G3 luffy smash his head easily, he just needed to use his coo to find out where pica is and then he could have ended the fodder easily.

Uhm, we are talking about Dressrosa and no advanced Haki for the Rubber.
And I am talking about Pica's Haki and Cracker's Haki was never relevant, it was the hardness of biscuits.
Haki doesnt get weak due to rain, biscuits do.
