It is pretty obvious that Sanji, not including Luffy and Zoro, is above every Supernova except maybe Kidd (just because of his portrayal as Luffy's rival) and Law (Ope Ope is op, we've seen that on the rooftop). Depends how their fight with Meme will end to determinate that and how strong the Vinsmoke power up really is.
Killer is probably close though, or at least was close before the Wolverine power up and the raid suit.
Sanji didn't have a 100M bounty at Sabaody only for explicit comedy purpose (his bounty poster was wrong and the Marine were chasing f*cking Duval).

Can you see one of the other Supernova taking down Queen in 1vs1?
Urouge barely defeated a YC4 before getting wrecked by a YC3.

Still doesn't make my argument that drake has no exoskeleton to protect him invalid. And furthermore there was wsw and hawkins. I doubt queen was taking him on alone.
