yeah its an interesting scene because oda never usually is shy to say stuff like "all these kids got killed and eaten", the law flashback had worse stuff happening than that and it was all very explicit.
all we really know is big mom got distracted eating, then everyone disappeared while she wasn't paying attention, then the giant who witnessed it was horrified and streusen thought it was funny. she didnt even move from her spot. what is she doing, sucking them all in like Kirby? are they all screaming in terror and then jumping into her mouth? this stuff doesnt make sense.
the entire dinner was supposed to be a send off because carmel was getting out of the game and selling all the kids remaining to the government. she also wanted them to take Linlin, but the CP-0 guys REALLY don't look like they want to take her even though Carmel is saying she could be fleet admiral or the top CP-0 agent, because (i assume) they understand what an insane psycho liability she is and how uncontrollable she'd be.
i think what could have happened could be something like: Linlin is distracted. CP-0 shows up (maybe a door door fruit from before blueno got it) and tries to just take all the kids and not pay, they threaten to kill Carmel/kill the kids if they don't go along with it. Carmel tries to fight back but gets taken out, CP-0 start kidnapping all the kids. Carmel uses an ultimate life-sacrifice technique (like Law's immortality surgery, or the one that Mansherry is supposed to have that she never uses, where she can sacrifice her life to heal islands and buildings) to leave her body behind and merge her soul with Linlin's to survive. Ever since then, Linlin has two souls, "Big Mom" who is just Carmel being a conniving psycho criminal and building a crime empire, and "O-Lin", who is the child version of Linlin, the simple-minded monster whose development was stunted by Carmel possessing her. The real Linlin only comes out during hunger pangs, or like in Wano, after Big Mom got completely submerged in sea water (which would turn off any devil fruit powers affecting her)

Didn't say chooper didnt damage queen, just sanji landed more attacks so he did more.
Why blood from a cut is different from a blunt attack ? Its actually harder to drew blood from a blunt attack then a slash, and again it doesn't affect someone like king more because he doesn't have an open wound its just small cut that you cant see after 5 seconds, thats how it works in one piece other then scars
