These moves are the trump cards of Kid and Law, ofc they using more skills but each of them drain massive there body.
This even make Katakuri performance in WCi far greater since he used that for hours, don´t even wanna talk about Aokiji and Akainu...
This means Doffy and Katakuri can´t spamm awakening for days or something, it still has his limit.
In fact Doffy used it as trump card too shows that he can´t spamm it like he want to be.

I think it depend on fruit allow to spam awakeing without stamina drain. But if oda say awaking does drain your stamina except zoan fruits. It would make katatkuri, akainu, aokji who spam awaking like normal day are stamina monsters.

Awakening being draining for Kid and LAW simply mean they can't spam it for hours and they may have heavy drawback later, not that they only limited to one move or two before dropping dead We have a panel of Law after using his awakened move against BM, he's not looking particularly tired, not even wheezing, and used his power again to teleport Kid.
