I don’t understand why people use the gear 3 thing to downplay Fujitora when the whole encounter was just playing up how difficult it is to break Fujitora’s guard.

They claim he got bandaged but that was clear, Oda could not have let Sabo be captured like that, that would have been the end, so he concocted a way to make it look more legit.

Yeah Kizaru never escaped, he actually probably captured Kuma on Sabaody, that is one explanation to why he was turned into an automaton by Vegapunk unless he offered himself as a slave but I seriously doubt.
