Yeah he is especially since we haven't seen Barto's full power and will get stronger on his end. Just think of him doing it combine with Haki and Awakening when he gets it. Also this is a big feat as Oden the man who scar Kaido, can't break barrier at all to get to Orochi, so kinda put DF at another lvl that even Zoro won't do anything about it too.
