People don't seem to understand what Haki means. Haki is the users spiritual energy, sometimes also referred to as will or ambition. And Haki commonly manifests itself in 3 categories - armament, observation, conqueror (for some). So when it is said that Oden's Haki is within Enma, it doesn't refer to armament or conqueror specifically; it's just a part of Oden's will or ambition that resides within Enma.

I'm not sure what's so complicated about differentiating between the words "Haki" and "Ryuo" from the words "Soul" and "Presence". They aren't the same at all.
Kawamatsu tells us that the soul that resides in a sword makes the wielder strong, not the haki but the soul. This goes for every other samurai in the raid that is also using the Swords of dead Samurai. They are all stronger as a result of the soul that lives in the blade.
Hitetsu tells us that before or after, only one person has ever tamed Enma and that was Oden. This implies that irrespective of Oden, Enma was always special.
Zoro's arm shrivels up as Enma takes his Haki from him. Then he takes his own haki back from Enma. Unless of course, you want to believe that "Oden's haki" is now living inside of Zoro's body.
Hitetsu tells us that Enma exudes its owner's Ryuo on its own and that it slices more than needed. This is what makes Enma special.
Zoro's first attack on Kaido with Enma doesn't do much meaningful damage, therefore he has to unleash Enma more because he's not letting it take enough of his own haki. Since Zoro is over restricting Enma, we aren't seeing what makes Enma special and neither is Kaido (a.k.a, he doesn't notice it).
In the very next chapter, Zoro lets Enma take a very large amount of haki from him. Kaido is confused since this doesn't resemble one of the swords from a minute ago. Additionally, Big Mom tells Kaido to dodge since it's no ordinary sword. (She's correct, Enma is special).
Right after the attack, Kaido asks himself "How does [Zoro's] katana bear the presence of Oden within it?". This is a good question from Kaido, why would some random swordsman's blade have Oden's presence in it? This gets answered later on.
We see Zoro huffing as a result of Enma taking a large amount of his haki, we can now deduce that there is a consequence for "unleashing" too much of Enma.
Zoro does a three-sword style attack however, Enma is singled out because it's the sword that has the most of his haki in comparison to all of the other swords (look at the effect). This makes sense because, with his other swords, Zoro has to manually flow his haki into them. With Enma, the sword takes his haki, all Zoro has to do is regulate how much of his haki the sword takes. Think of it like this, prior to Enma, Zoro is able to put 30% of his own haki into his swords. With Enma, he can now put 60% of his own haki into his swords. Of course, these are just arbitrary numbers, but you get the point. That's what Enma allows him to do and that's why Enma is so special.
As he sees the incoming attack, Kaido wonders to himself if Enma is the source of that strange Haki. Notice how he finds the haki strange and not familiar? Why would Kaido, a man who's felt and seen Oden's haki in the past not recognise Oden's haki with now 2 confrontations with it?
Finally, after further inspection, Kaido gets the answer to his question from earlier. Why does Zoro's katana bear the presence of Oden within it? Well, it's because it's Oden's sword, and if you recall what Kawamatsu said earlier. The soul of a samurai essentially remains in their katana. Hence why it gives Kaido the vibe of Oden. This tells us that the pain that Kaido receives after an Enma attack is the same while the sensation of the haki is different. (But But Oden's haki??)
So to finish, Enma 100% uses Zoro's haki.
However, Zoro is stronger because Oden's soul resides in Enma. This isn't just for Zoro, but for every Samurai using the swords of other fallen Samurai.
