General & Others Biggest frauds in OP world?

He will literally be the 4th character to who Oda gives World's Strongest title, lol.
First, it was Whitebeard who managed to die before he crossed Zori's path.
Then it came Kaido's time whose luck wasn't as WB's, going to die by Zoro's hand.
And then, the only one left with the world's strongest title, Mihawk will be defeated by Zoro...
If you look at it, Oda created 2 out of 3 world's strongest characters so that Zoro kills/beats them.
And then you wonder if Zoro will be the strongest character in One Piece manga... :yasu:

Biggest fraud is Kaido.
Introduced as someone immortal "when the spear pierced him, the spear broke. When the guillotine hit him, the guillotine broke" "no one in sea, sky, or land can kill this man".
Reality: Kaido is weakling. Not that he can't be killed. Actually he can't kill anyone. Not scabbards, not Luffy, not Zoro, not Yamao, not Orochi, not Kinemon, there is no one that this weakling can kill.

Disagree a little about Mihawk. He chilled after meeting Zoro. So he is waiting Zoro to surpass him, no longer hunting people for fun.
Biggest fraud was Marco for sure. Best candidate to next Yonko but got tired after a few hours of fight.
Akainu, monster of Marineford. Best Fleet Admiral ever, vanishing pirates all over the world. But scared of useless samurais(Ryuma even dead putting fear on WG and Marine).
Fujitora, great character but got tired easily and needed bandages after a few clashes with Sabo.
Smoker, one of pre-timeskip biggest threats but now he is a completely joke.

2. Could not even scratch Marco with the supposedly highest offensive df, a feat which which King did easily.
3. Pisses his pants when Shanks stopped him.
4. Scared of Kinemon.
5. Got stopped by Crocodile.
6. Could not put Iva San down.
Mihawk:
1. His Strongest attack got no sold by Jozu and he never faced him again
2. Begs Vista, a YC3 for postponement
3. Could not even put Crocodile in his place.
4. Never visited the country of Swordsmen.
5. Could not even defeat nerfed Pre TS Luffy
Kizaru:
1. Can only fight against Rakuyo equally.
2. Begged Rayleigh to spare his life
3. Could not even intimidate Hawkins and Apoo
4. Had to cheat to damage Marco.
5. Could not even KO pre Timeskip Luffy
6. Would have been defeated if he fought Jozu instead of Marco.
Aokiji:
1. Became Blackbeard's bitch.
2. Lost to Bakazuki who is not even a Top tier.
3. Got stopped by nerfed Ace.
Doflamingo:
Everything he does is take Ls and runs away from Stronger Opponents

-his entire existence is fake hype
-has extremely low AP
-he mostly just mimics luffy's attacks
-he wanted his opponent to win, he was happy that luffy managed to escape WCI
2)garp:
-he hates the WG but still works under them
-he allied with a pirate to take down another pirate
-he couldn't even fulfil a promise
-he never managed to capture roger
-he's so stupid he forced bandits to rase his grandsons and wanted then to end up marine heroes.
3)dragon:
-he lost his hideout to pirates
-he wanted to declare war on the WG during the reverei but he didn't even go there himself
-he thinks that the world awaits for his answer, but still needed the skills of robin
-instead of amassing an army to avenge his commanders, he just waits in okama kingdom
