So I guess Oden's antics was just for show and a cover up (he took a page out of Orochi's book lol, 'hide your strength and bide your time'). He planned to reclaim the shogun throne by taking down orochi and kaido. Obviously that's gonna fail and they all got caught. And I guess he was executed for the crime of 'assassination and betrayal' as a result. Not by seppuku (the traditional samurai way), but by being boiled in oil (kaido's way, which I guess is based on a punishment that genghis khan used to execute people). Curious to know how Toki teleported Momonosuke and the others into the future, I hope we get to see her devil fruit used in action. Did she obtain the power while traveling with oden on Roger's ship?

Kaido has targetted momo before as well when toki got hit by the arrow.

Somethings like disclosing who is traitor, the one who is capable of putting SHs plan in danger is big mystery reveal.

Oda doesn't drop much hints except for some foreshadowing regarding such reveal but here we have hints clearly pointing at her.

Thus it could be a curve ball... unless shinobu isn't shinobu but someone else
