Somethings like disclosing who is traitor, the one who is capable of putting SHs plan in danger is bit mystery reveal.

Oda doesn't drop much hints except for some foreshadowing regarding such reveal but here we have hints clearly pointing at her.

Thus it could be a curve ball... unless shinobu isn't shinobu but someone else

still it was not so sure making such a big hint just about when we will go to the current time , where we will get the identity of the traitor would be odd , Oda just decided now it is time to reveal it . next chapter would be the last flah back chapter and then it will open with Law using his power teleporting them and taking her heart :D lol

Shinobu beeing a traitor don't would have the same impact as if a RS is a traitor. Also Shinobu can't know that Raizo was the only one on zou so it can be only Kinemon or Kanjuro..

Nah...they were allies. You put efforts to save them if they are in danger and not shrug it off saying they must die because we don't our plan and opportunity to get wano back to get compromised knowing very well it's because of these allies kinemon and co are back and they have chance to win.

Shinobu was totally wrong and that's why she got scolded
