Man, it's such a weird way to say but his durability seems clearly higher due to a mysterious ability. I guess that's the stat which is ironically better than Kaido but yet again, we basically know nothing how it works. If it's linked to his fire + haki, it's definitely a finite power source while Kaido is naturally the toughest character.

Buuuuuut, on this case, Zoro kind of hinted a mysterious ability about King which could be the reason why his durability is this exceptional.
It wouldn't wonder me if King has his own "FS" version of his COA + fire ability but this time Oda didn't make it as obvious as Katakuri's observation haki.
