I'm creating a Oden vs BM thread when chapter comes out.

2 sword Oden > 1 Sword Oden >= Kaido >= BM.

If One Sword Oden can easily cut Kaido like that, then unrestricted he makes minced meat of BM.

This chapter has been nothing but a W for the swordbois.

Looking at the relief in Kaido's face, it seems obvious that he knows he was going to get killed by nerfed Oden.
It seems he drinks so much because he still feels the pain from those scars even till this day.

We know that WB went to Wano. This could be because of what happened to Oden so he went there and beat up Kaido .
Kaido and goons in typical fashion then tried to kidnap Ace only to get beat up more by WB

This fight could've been his trigger for wanting to commit suicide

i think that Kaido was not aware of his men tricking Oden. He saw an opening and hit. He is a Pirate not a priest after all.
Furthermore, even tho it is obvious that Oden is a top tier, that he is fairly powerful and that dominated Kaido is an very impressive feat, it is also obvious that Current Kaido is stronger than the Kaido who fought Oden.

I’m really eager to know the reason behind Oden’s dancing.

Yeah, unfortunately this 1vs1 title is fake; I've expected this plot after witnessing Oden's power and the possibility of interferences from Orochi but honestly, I didn't expected that Kaido was the one with dirty tricks lmao.

There is no 1 vs 1 title, it is just said..."In 1 vs 1, always bet on Kaido"....it didn't say "In 1 vs 1, Kaido always wins".......he only has WSC title......

Despite this he has 7 losses, he got captured 18 times......

Also, dirty or not, he is a pirate.....he played dirty will only effect his character not his strength....and I don't think this "dirty" refers to that duel, probably it is more to do with Oden dancing for 5 years...anyways, regarding this need full summary or chapter or translations of the panels, to understand more.....

Oda is overusing the trick of taking the appearance of someone else to deceive the protagonists or even villains

given Katharina have this ability too he's not stopping using it any time soon

its a lame and boring twist at this point

Remember 30+ year old WB lost to Roger/Garp alliance and then he went on to become Roger's rival in just 10+ years. Kaido would've gotten a lot stronger in the past two decades.
