Lanji has gotten a laundry list of PU in Wano, only in Lanji Piece is he getting CoC and only after the other SH also get a dozen of PU offered to them.

Point is that this attack in particular has has ZERO similarities with CoC. None.
You can pretend it's special form of CoC unlike any we've seen, you can pretend it's ACoA, you can call it a special 4th form of haki. It's fine. Just don't act like it's canon implication. What's so hard to understand?

Bruh it been shown as even King hasn't shown Haki on his body, but he is using it in the fight. Your in black and white manga in character who wears dark-color clothes. It's hard to do that and show that if we see same thing on King.
Hard to make it shiny from the flames that on that effect.
Nah same energy as it giving vibes on COC hinted as Asura did and it been foreshadowed on Sanji having COC, it's nothing new here.

Problem with Sanji vs Queen is 100% paneling and setup. Ifrit Janbe gets all of 3 pages to show you everything, in a chapter that's only 15 pages long. The fight with Queen is spit up over multiple chapters.
Compare this to his fight with Jabra, it's 2 back to back 19 page chapters. When Diable Jambe is shown, you get pretty crazy paneling like this:
Then the fight even continues for 8 more pages because Jabra uses his best attack in the air, before we get a clean shot of his face getting thrown into the floor by another hit.
Queen really doesn't get this. It's a bunch of attacks that caps off with Winch Queen. After this it's a few attacks from Sanji, followed by story exposition with a 3rd character, followed by 3 pages of the powerup, where you don't really get this impressive panel of the villain losing.
And that's not to say Oda lost his touch or anything, he literally gave great paneling like this for Jinbe, Franky, and Robin against the F6.
It's kind of why it doesn't "feel" like it's the end to me, but tbh I can see it just being over at this point.

The context of that scene was abundantly clear. Olin two-shotted him, fodder say he got KOd, he's reverting back to base. Meanwhile she's looking for oshiruko.
Reverting back to base was a clear sign that he was knocked out. And he had no reason to "pretend" by reverting back that because Olin wasn't paying any attention to him nor cared about the dinosaur.
White eyes + falling down after a Yonko attack = knocked out. She literally didn't get back up in that same chapter when shit went down. She was knocked out.
