Eh i don't really think thats a fair comparison
Like niji/minks use electricity enel is electricity and can use it to a way larger extent
Same with kinemon to ace, kiku to monet, etc.
Queens science tech makes him invisible. Shiryu's fruit makes him invisible
Shiryu can make other objects and people invisible like absalom could do. Which is definitely a plus that queen doesn't have. But specifically queen/stealth black making himself invisible shouldn't be better or worse than shiryu doing the exact same
Unless he can also be intangible too than obviously him making himself invisible is significantly better

apparently in the ace novel thatch claimed thats the one BB wanted while he was wrong, its interesting thats the fruit that was mentioned.
BB's crew are on the hunt for wicked abilities ,not just any fruit so its interesting than the most terrifying pirate's n2 got that fruit
one which we assume oda has revealed the capabilities of prets so why would he bring it back?
oda isnt going to have shiryu show just what absalom did , that would be repetitive
the fruit already allows you to make anything(your environment?) you are in contact with invisible so what are the plans to awakening
what is the potential of the fruit in the hands of a capable user?

in every crew/organization, the superior fighters get the stronger fruits/abilities.
and catarina devon, shiryu's inferior, has a mythical zoan. that alone shows that there is a lot more to the invisibility fruit than what meets the eye lmao.

How an ability will work depends on oda or specifically it's about how user use it.
What you have seen is basic invisibility which doesn't correlate to the numerous abilities given by a df.
It's like comparing a pond with a river system
Primary difference comes from the narration itself - Invisibility is just making yourself disappear while suke suke no mi is termed as Clear Clear Fruit/Clear Human.
The dimensions are very broad in this scenario - Hiding your senses making it difficult even for CoO user to detect your presence, Invisible Slashes, disappearing anything you are in contact with and so on
Suke suke no mi can make a swordman more lethal which in itself is huge plus.

Kizaru can spam way more lasers, pacifista just has the default laser finger( same way You would get just the gomu no pistol of luffy but not gears) can turn into light himself, has speed of light

Sanji fighting absalom shows the tech based invisibility is the same thing. He easily found absalom
